Data Entry

We will obtain the charge information from the provider and/or practice and enter this information into our database.

Claims Filing

Depending on the insurance carrier the claims are going to, they will either be filed electronically or sent via a paper statement.  Most claims are sent electronically.

Patient Statements

We allow you the option to mail out statements from our office on behalf of your practice or the provider.  The protocols of statements and collections are customized to your specifications.

Patient Payments

All payments and EOB's (Explanation of Benefits) that are received from the practice and/or via electronically will be posted into our database on the patient's account. 

We offer that each EOB will be audited for correct payment and/or benefit.

Appeals

If a payment or denial has been made incorrectly, we challenge the insurance companies to receive the correct reimbursement for your practice or provider.

Reporting

Reports are done on a monthly basis customized for each practice or provider.

Insurance Verification

We will verify your patient's eligibility with their insurance plan, verify benefit coverage with explanation and obtain authorization if required with contact information. 

Collections

We will work with your patients to make sure that you receive any monies owed to you by your non-paying patient's or patient's with high balances that agree to a payment plan. 

Any non paying patient's will receive a minimum of three statements (one monthly).  Delinquent accounts over 90 days will be sent a letter regarding the delinquency of their account.  If they do not respond within 10 days, additional collection activity is initiated as approved by the Provider.

Credentialing

We will enroll the provider or practice group with whatever insurance plans the provider or practice group would like to accept.   This will include the major carriers, Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Tricare.  There is an additional fee per carrier for any additional carriers requested in addition to the normal credentialing fee.
